Hello!
Welcome to my cottage food bakery, Neen's Bakes LLC established in 2022 by me (Shereen!).
At the age of 5 years old, I learned my love for baking as my neighbor taught me how to make cookies, breads, and more.
Over the next few decades, I continued to teach myself how to bake through trial and error. My continuous passion for testing new recipes became second nature (likely thanks to my training as an engineer). Everywhere I went, I'd always show up with cookies to share with others.
When friends and family started asking if I could sell them my bakes, I decided to begin sharing my passion through Neen's Bakes.

Where did the bakery name come from?
When my nieces were young and couldn't pronounce Shereen, they would instead call me Neen. As my very first and still loyal customers, I decided to dedicate the business name to them.
What is my favorite cookie?
One of the first cookies I ever made was the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. I'd add cinnamon and dark chocolate and made a cookie that was impossible to stop eating. This cookie always tasted guilt free with the combination of oats, decadent dark chocolate and the fact that I always reduced the sugar down a bit! YUM!
